Bra experts reveal exactly how often to replace underwear for best fit and quality
With the New Year often comes a fresh start, with many people keen to re-organise their drawers and wardrobes.
But one item of clothing that can be difficult to know when to throw out is your bras. Everyone has their comfort ones that they turn to day after day, but according to experts at Lounge Underwear, January could be a good time to replace them. The experts say that bras generally need to be replaced around every six months or so, which makes the New Year the perfect time to shop around for some new ones.
