As concerns grow about consumer spending, Bose CEO Lila Snyder sits down with Yahoo Finance’s Brad Smith to discuss the brand and the state of the customer. Snyder notes that “the customer's really strong right now” and “continues to be strong.” “Premium audio is not something” Bose customers want to “cut out,” Snyder says. “It’s not something that they want to go a little bit less expensive on. It’s something they want to invest in.” Snyder adds that the company is “excited about what that means for the holiday season,” Snyder adds. Snyder explains that “so much of the momentum and activity happens online now and so that’s where we really have great interaction with our customers... But retail's still really important too.” Snyder notes that Bose partners will various companies around the world, such as Best Buy (BBY) and Costco (COST). “We want to be able to meet the customer where they’re shopping and make it an experience that is tailored for them,” Snyder says.
