“Boehly personally wants to keep hold of Mount. Mount wants to stay at Chelsea. The big problem is, the terms are so far apart at the moment. Mount has been a key player for Chelsea since breaking through under Frank Lampard and he would be tough to replace. “It’s different when you come through the ranks at a football club because you cost nothing. When you get bought for a lot of money you’re viewed as more of an asset.
