A Medina Schools elementary school employee resigned their position after they were found under the influence of alcohol at work Friday.
MEDINA, Ohio - MEDINA, Ohio - 19 News obtained new police bodycam video on Saturday of the OVI arrest of a now former Medina Schools elementary school psychologist.
When Medina School officials sent Thompson home, police say he got in his car and drove to his apartment in Stow. When Stow Police caught up with him he was spotted driving on State Route 91 and was still behind the wheel of his car in the parking lot of his apartment complex. The Stow Police officer asked why would he take 5 times the amount of the prescription and Thompson said it was because he had an argument with his girlfriend and he just wanted to pass out and go to sleep.
