The investigation into Mary Ann Brown’s death is ongoing.
The remains, found on a vacant lot on Smith Road between Mosses and Gordonville, are those of 59-year-old Mary Ann Brown, the Lowndes County sheriff’s office told the organization.Her mother and daughter reported her missing.
