Carr’s Patriots were ranked No. 1 throughout the 2023-24 season. Bob Jones lost to four-time defending state champion Hoover 58-55 in the Northwest Regional finals. Bob Jones finished the season at 29-4. The Patriots’ loss to Hoover ended a 20-game winning streak.Carr said she plans to continue teaching at Bob Jones, but is not sure what the future holds.Carr compiled a 108-41 record in five years at Bob Jones.
