For crews to replace the overpass above Bronson Avenue, eastbound lanes will be closed between Carling/Kirkwood and Metcalfe, while westbound lanes will be closed between Metcalfe/Catherine and Rochester.
Still, riding a bicycle may be the best way to travel to Bluesfest. The site is easily accessed from the Ottawa River Pathway, which is open to through traffic, although security is in place to discourage loitering outside the festival perimeter.
