Bluebacks swimmers win medals at Smithers meet

Swimmers from the Terrace Bluebacks continue to challenge themselves and their competitors, this time at the Smithers Spring Sprint held Feb. 25 and Feb. 26.Here are the Terrace individual highlights in alphabetical order and with ages in brackets:– Won the 100 backstroke. Came second in the 50 fly and 50 backstroke.
– Finished second in the 100 breast, 200 IM, 50 breast, 200 free and 200 breast. Came third in the 100 free– Won the gold aggregate in the 10 & under boys age group. Won the 100 breast, 200 IM, 100 free, 100 fly and 100 back. He came second in the 50 free– Swam new personal best times in all six of her individual races– Won the 50 fly, 200 back, 50 back, 100 fly and 200 breast.
