Blue Oyster Cult will appear as a special guest with Cheap Trick. Heart has postponed its appearance because Ann Wilson is being treated for cancer.
Blue Öyster Cult will replace Heart and join Cheap Trick at the Allentown Fair on Aug. 28, 2024. Heart postponed its performance because of lead singer Ann Wilson’s cancer treatments.Fair organizers said Heart tickets will be honored when that concert is rescheduled. Ticket holders also can receive a refund.
Formed in 1974, Cheap Trick has sold 20 million albums worldwide, including hits “I Want You to Want Me,” “The Flame,” “Dream Police” and “Surrender.” The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016. Members are Robin Zander , Rick Nielsen , Tom Petersson and Daxx Nielsen . Blue Öyster Cult has performed for more than 50 years.
