A group called Black Life Matters Trucking is reportedly distraught after their truck was vandalized last week in Portland, Oregon, with projected losses costing roughly $50,000.

The organization was founded last year to help young men find jobs and steer them away from trouble, according to a report.BLM Trucking is affiliated with the Golden Opportunity Youth Association, and it makes deliveries for various companies, including Amazon. The truck was parked by BLM Trucking supervisor Charles Preston and Founder Timothy Luther McNair, and when they returned, they found it torched, vandalized, and spray-painted with profanity, they said.

Thursday's incident was not the first time the group's property has been vandalized. It could cost up to $50,000 for BLM Trucking to recover from the loss, the report noted. A GoFundMe supporting the group has raised over $3,500 of a $50,000 goal as of Tuesday."Unfortunately this time, the damage was very significant and will cost upwards of $50,000," the page's organizer said."I’m hoping we as a community in Portland can come together to help this nonprofit.
