Officer Richard Bowlin, a 27-year-old Hoover High School graduate, is single, which some admirers figured out by stalking his social media.
It isn’t everyday that you see people volunteering to get arrested, but that’s exactly what it is happening after the Birmingham Police Department highlighted one of its officers on the department’s social media platforms.
That’s all admirable, but it is definitely not what the commenters – some comparing him to Tom Cruise – noticed. “The uptick in crime committed by females in Birmingham spiked on this day of our Lord, 2024, thanks to Officer Bowlin.”He said his mom is loving it, and he’s gotten some good natured ribbing from his co-workers.
