Firerose said that there was no traditional proposal. “Billy looked at me and said, ‘Do you, do you wanna marry me?’ And I was just like, ‘Of course I do. I love you.’ He said, ‘I love you. I wanna make this official. I wanna be with you forever.’” Firerose later selected a diamond and designed her ring.Billy Ray was previously married to Tish Cyrus from 1993 to 2022, and the two share children Miley, Braison and Noah Cyrus.
