Biden's border f-bombs: President JoeBiden raged as southern crisis worsened, book reveals
In author Chris Whipple's new book, The Fight of His Life: Inside Joe Biden's White House, he details Biden's fury at his administration's attempts to secure the border."Meanwhile, illegal immigrants kept arriving. And Biden was furious," the book reads, per Fox News."Aides had rarely seen him so angry. From all over the West Wing, you could hear the president cursing, dropping f-bombs .
According to the book, one senior adviser told Whipple that Biden's frustration stemmed from a"lack of solutions." "It’s like, ‘How would you feel if you were me and these were the solutions you had?’ It’s the weight of the presidency, right?’" the adviser said in the book."Early in his term, he had reserved the f-bomb mostly for discussions of the southern border, but lately he was using it more often," according to the book.Solutions to secure the border have been shortcoming, as Title 42 will eventually expire.
Thousands of immigrants are entering the United States and engaging with Border Patrol agents each day, a number expected to only grow after Title 42 ends.
