Anthony Taylor was shot and killed near 3rd and Vine Streets during a shootout about 11 p.m. on July 22, 2021, according to Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae.
The prosecutor said investigators are trying to identify a person seen riding a bicycle in the area just before the shots were fired.The bicyclist “may be able to identify persons of interest who were in the area of 3rd and Vine Streets right before the shooting,” the prosecutor said in a statement.
