Winnipeg, Manitoba-- - Beyond Lithium Inc. is pleased to announce that as a result of strong investor demand, the private placement previously announced on October 23, 2023, is being increased to up to 2,500,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.30 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $750,000.00 . Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company and one-half common share purchase warrant .
In connection with the Offering, the Company may pay finders' fees in cash or securities, or a combination of both, as permitted by the policies of the Exchange. If finders' fees are paid in connection with the Offering, it is expected that any cash finders' fee will be equal to 7.0% of the proceeds placed by the applicable finder, and any finder's fee paid in securities will be equal to 7.0% of the number of Units placed by the applicable finder.
A portion or all of the Offering may be completed pursuant to Multilateral CSA Notice 45-313 - Prospectus Exemption for Distributions to Existing Security Holders and the corresponding blanket orders and rules implementing CSA 45-313 in the participating jurisdictions in respect thereof . As at the date hereof, the Existing Security Holder Exemption is available in each of the provinces of Canada, with the exception of Newfoundland and Labrador.
