North Texas restaurants are preparing Thanksgiving feasts.
The restaurant inside the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas will serve brunch with crab Benedict, seared salmon, and pepper soffrito atop shrimp and cheddar grits. Diners can choose from slow-roasted organic turkey or garlic and herb-roasted New York strip. Cost is $130 for adults and $50 for children under 12. Seatings are from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call 972-717-2420 to make reservations.
. Orders must be placed by Friday, Nov. 18, but they are likely to sell out before then. Pickup is Wednesday, Nov. 23 or before 10 a.m. Thanksgiving day.Enjoy Italian favorites like wood-fired meatballs and crispy veal chop parmesan, as well as a one-day only special of black truffle turkey with sage gravy, served alongside brioche stuffing with apricots and almonds, pumpkin gnocchetti with confit turkey leg, wood oven roasted green beans and a cranberry orange and moscato sauce.
