Roethlisberger is the second quarterback to miss a game due to COVID protocols in as many weeks. Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers missed last week's game after testing positive for the virus. Rodgers later revealed he is$14,650 for attending a Halloween party in violation of the league's protocols. The Packers were fined $300,000 for failing to discipline Rodgers and receiver Allen Lazard, who was also fined for attending the same Halloween part, for their violations.
