The popular holiday event will take place in Bellaire’s Paseo Park on Saturday, Nov. 12, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Early bird vendor booth fees are $100 and due by Sept.15, 2022. After Sept.15 the booth fees will increase to $125. The first Arts and Crafts Festival took place in 1972 in Paseo Park. Now a cornerstone Bellaire holiday celebration, the fun family event is chance sample interesting foods, discover eclectic vendors and get a head start on holiday shopping.Applications can be found. Vendors will be notified in early August if they are accepted to participate in the festival.
You can mail or drop off a check at Bellaire City Hall, 7008 S Rive Ave, Bellaire, TX 77401, or pay online with a credit card. To eligible for the early bird fee, payment must be received by Sept. 15
