Inspired by the group’s original Heights Bier Garten, the new beer garden at 3905 Washington, is open for business with a day-long menu of coffee and tea drinks, beer and specialty cocktails, and food selections that include smoked meats from Kirby Group’s new chef Teddy Lopez.
Lopez, who Houston diners know from his years with Killen’s restaurants, has created a menu that includes house-made pretzels, sandwiches , breakfast tacos, and brunch sandwiches. is open daily from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. The Kirby Group concepts include Wooster’s, Holman Draft Hall, Degust, and Heights Bier Garten.
