An actor in the production, Christopher Tannous, was living in Friendswood and managing a Bay Area restaurant when he learned of challenges faced by young undocumented immigrants who worked in the restaurant business."Some of them were studying for the citizenship test, and they said it was twice as hard as taking a college government class; the questions were far more specific and intricate.
