The trailer for Batman: The Doom That Came to Gotham shows off just how dangerous life is in Gotham City. Based on a comic of the same name that is set in the 1920s, Bruce Wayne will need to put his skills to the test as he faces off against mystical enemies in a dark and somehow drearier version of Gotham that faces a series of otherworldly enemies drawn on by a demonic cult. Batman: The Doom That Came to Gotham promises to add more horror to his world just to make things interesting.

Check it out below: While the DCU has a Gotham problem, as it hasn't given Batman the opportunity to show much of his experiences within the city, Batman: The Doom That Came to Gotham spends a significant amount of time in the troubled land. The trailer alone displays a horde of monsters getting ready to burn Batman's protected people to the ground, while the Dark Knight works to defend it.
The voice actors for Batman: The Doom That Came to Gotham also have some serious experience. David Giuntoli will be playing Batman, while Tati Gabrielle appears as Kai Li Cain, Gideon Adlon as Oracle, Christopher Gorham as Green Arrow, Jason Marsden as Dick, Tim Russ as Lucius Fox, Darin De Paul as Thomas Wayne, and Brian George reprising his role as Alfred.
The movie's villains are also more than prepared to take down Gotham's hero. Navid Negahban appears as Ra's Al Ghul, alongside Emily O'Brien as Talia Al Ghul, and Patrick Fabian as Harvey Dent. With horror overtaking the city, Batman: The Doom That Came to Gotham will see these villains have the opportunity to band together to destroy everything that their nemesis stands for, which could mean that Batman's life turns upside-down.
