Good news for Manchester City... MCFC FCB
Date published: Thursday 22nd December 2022 1:31 -Barcelona have dropped their interest in Manchester City playmaker Bernardo Silva, according to reports in Spain.
It was never going to happen given Silva’s contributions to Pep Guardiola’s side over the last five-and-a-half years. And this was no different for Silva, who has been integral to the Citizens’ success since joining from AS Monaco for £45m in 2017. Silva had been open to a move, though was not actively pushing to leave the Premier League champions.
