Barbie parent Mattel Inc. MAT said Wednesday its president and chief operating officer Richard Dickson is leaving on Aug. 3 to take on the role of chief executive and president at another company. The toy maker said it has promoted Lisa McKnight to executive vice president and chief brand officer, overseeing all toy categories and global brands. The company named Josh Silverman to the role of chief franchise officer and EVP, overseeing digital gaming and licensed entertainment.
