Bar Siena, the trendy Italian restaurant in Chicago’s West Loop, has opened a second location in Skokie’s Westfield Old Orchard shopping center.

“That’s something that we look for in any of our locations,” he said. “There’s a lot of office buildings in the area and a lot of commercial activity but there’s also a lot of people living in the area who are looking for a good place to eat.”“Bar Siena offers Skokie residents a new and exciting dining destination,” Becker said. “This extremely popular Chicago-based restaurant validates Old Orchard and Skokie as a premier first-to-market suburban trade area.
The menu also includes some unusual selections, including squid ink lobster linguine with roasted cherry tomato and spicy lobster cream for $39. Pizzas cooked in their large pizza oven include a carne version with Italian sausage, prosciutto, and bacon for $24 and a truffle mushroom version, also $24, plus two other varieties.
