The Beosound Theatre is B&O to its (ultra-powerful) core
The Theatre has been developed in a uniquely modular way inside and out, in fact, giving customers not only multiple mounting and finish options that can be replaced and changed at will, but also inner parts that can be replaced without having to buy a whole new soundbar.
All this and I haven’t even talked yet about the monster driver array squeezed inside the Beosound Theatre’s large form. There are 12 drivers in total, including two custom-made long-stroke 6.5-inch woofers, all fed with a massive total amplification rating of 800W that’s capable of providing as much as 112dB of sound pressure.
While the Beosound Theatre has more than enough power and drivers to deliver a home cinema experience by itself, as usual with B&O audio products it can also become just one part of a much wider sound system. In fact, it has seven built-in outputs, and can support up to 16 external speakers delivering a full 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos experience .
