Comox Valley RCMP say the backpacks taken from two youth fishing at Comox Wharf have been returned to their owners.
the backpacks taken from two youthThe alleged theft happened on June 14 when surveillance footage showed a man and a woman walking away with the two black backpacks, Comox Valley RCMP said in a news release Tuesday.
