They're also looking for 35 percent representation for people of color, and equitable screen time for them . Among other calls for action are a better vetting process to weed out prejudice and hiring of not only diversity and mental health consultants for people of color, but greater representation on the show's staff as well.

They're also calling for a public apology for the show's history with systemic racism and a clearly outlined plan for how they're going to be anti-racist moving forward, as well as a donation to a cause to combat racism.
