The former “Bachelor” contestant revealed she’s engaged to her NFL player beau, Jake Funk, less than two years after they started dating.
She showed off her massive sparkler in the TikTok video.The couple, who began dating in late 2021, made their relationship public on the day Funk’s team — the Los Angeles Rams — took the field for Super Bowl LVI, which ended in a victory against the Cincinnati Bengals.
“We met a couple months ago and as soon as we met, we just had an instant connection and basically [we’ve been] inseparable since day one,” she“Just getting to know him and us being together and incorporating our lives together, it’s just been very seamless and easy.”The reality star turned influencer later told her followers that she made the first move.
“Our first date was at the Beverly Hills Hotel and he had no idea how expensive it was going to be,” she wrote on her Instagram Story in July 2022.“I wanted to wait to share [our relationship] with everyone because it was our decision,” she told Us Weekly at the time.“We’re very private and, you know, that just seems to be the best for us right now. With my past, things have been public and nothing really necessarily good has come from it, in my opinion.
Sluss confronted Weber during the “After the Final Rose” episode, telling him he “took away” her “first engagement.”“All I’ve ever asked for is someone to give me my whole heart like I’m giving to them,” she said at the time. “You took that away from me because I trusted you, and that’s what you continued to ask me to do.”
