Babylon, a new nightclub promising 'exotic animals in cages,' opens its doors this weekend in Houston.
The club has stressed that"any and all exotic animals are accompanied by professionals outside of the nightclub and are never inside." They will be fenced off with their own space, and patrons will not be able to pet them.
Babylon's interior features an Ancient Persian theme with gold embellishments. It will feature in-house and celebrity DJs. A lineup has yet to be announced. It will be open 10 p.m.-2 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays.at the heart of the TV series"Queer as Folk." Denver-based JET Hospitality, whose nightlife, restaurant and hotel concepts are located in Central Colorado, plan to expand into Houston and Texas.
