A Carleton University PhD candidate, originally from Prince George, is looking to speak with people who’ve had experiences in British Columbia’s youth criminal justice system.
Hepburn is conducting the study through the Carleton University Department of Law and Legal Studies working under the supervision of Dr. Dale Spencer.
