A Vancouver -based rental management company offered $500 to change the address on driver's licenses to match selected addresses, in order to bypass new rules allowing short-term rentals only at principal residences. Ravi Kahlon advises against assisting these 'desperate scammers.' The company's post has been removed and its website is inaccessible.
