Austin Butler has finally confirmed that he's 'getting rid of the accent', three years on from filming Elvis - but it's caused him some long-term problems.
Austin’s vocal coach has already leaped to the, saying it was difficult to ‘switch off’, while the actor himself said that getting Elvis’ deep drawl right was his ‘only focus’ for years.

After the Golden Globes, the actor endured a difficult week when Elvis’ only child Lisa Marie Presley, with who he attended the ceremony,Lisa was over the moon with Austin’s portrayal of her late father, who died of a heart attack in 1977 at just 42 years old.
