Auburn’s offseason roster makeover took another turn Monday morning. Allen Flanigan, the Tigers’ starting wing, entered the transfer portal Monday, according to multiple reports.

to reunite with Chris Beard as part of his inaugural staff at Ole Miss. Wes Flanigan previously worked with Beard at Arkansas-Little Rock during the 2015-16 season. Flanigan was expected to build on that the following season, but his junior year was derailed before it could even get underway. He sustained a partially torn Achilles tendon in the preseason and was sidelined to start the year. He was cleared that December but struggled to return to form, averaging just 6.3 points and 3.5 rebounds over 27 games while shooting 39.5 percent overall and a mere 20.5 percent from deep.
