The new Squadron Chief Warrant Officer of Aerospace Telecommunications and Engineering Support Squadron , CWO Todd Simser , is joined by Lieutenant-Colonel Leslie Dicks, Commanding Officer of ATESS ; outgoing SCWO, CWO Steve Hough ; Honorary Colonel of ATESS, HCol Mark Phillips ; and CWO of 1 Canadian Air Division/Canadian NORAD Region, CWO Daniel Campbell , as CWO Simser formalizes his appointment as SCWO ATESS, during a ceremony at 8 Wing, Trenton, Ontario, on May 12, 2023.
CWO Simser enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife Andrea and their 2 dogs, LiLu and Panco.“Thank you, Steve, for your unwavering support, not only for me personally but for ATESS at large.
