At 71, Jane Seymour Looks So Toned While Showing Off Her Pilates Moves in New IG Video
, then you’d know just how busy the actress is these days—but she’s not letting that stop her from finding time to workout. It’s just forcing her to be a bit more creative.
“When I’m on set, I’m in my trailer and people laugh at me [because] I just take my shoes off and I put my arms behind me on any kind of kitchen table or [chair and] I exercise the back of my arms, I do some sort of, I do all kinds of isometric type of things,” she explains. “I do plies, I stretch my legs out, anything that I can find that I can stick my leg up to bend my knees, I basically pretty much do barre wherever I am.
But her real full-fledged workouts take place between projects. “When I’m not filming and I have time, I do pilates Gyrotonics, I do it on the machines with light,” she says. “I have a machine at home so there’s absolutely no reason I can’t do it at home. I have light weights at home and power plates, I can do all sorts of squats and plies lunges and things like that and it really accelerates any type of muscle tone I’m trying to achieve.
