But you can always trust wellness guruPosting a photograph of herself on Instagram, resplendent in her original birthday suit , Paltrow—who turned 49 on September 27th—relaxed in an outdoor tub. With a golden tan, blonde hair tied up in a bun, dark mani-pedi, and ultra-relaxed demeanor, she effortlessly showed the rest of us how healthy birthdays are done.
While the bath water itself is bubble-free, Paltrow is sure to have added some kind of wellbeing booster, whether aromatherapy oils to soothe the senses or Epsom salts to relax her muscles. Judging by the two sets of glasses perched on the stone shelf behind her? Maybe it was her husband, Brad Falchuk, that she added in. We’re officially here for bath-time birthdays.
