The University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist to join the Department of Pediatrics. This full-time Neonatologist position will join a busy comprehensive quaternary care NICU in the OSF Healthcare Children’s Hospital of Illinois.Quaternary Care NICU: As a regional referral center, our 64-bed unit manages various neonatal pathologies. We cater to approximately 800 NICU admissions per year and support over 2,300 deliveries annually.
Vermont Oxford Network: Our NICU actively participates in the Vermont Oxford Database Network, contributing to outcomes research, clinical trials, and quality improvement projects.Join the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria as a full-time Neonatologist. UICOMP is one of the three regional campuses of the University of Illinois College of Medicine, one of the largest public medical schools in the country. UICOMP’s educational programs include 244 medical students and 300 residents/fellows in 21 different post graduate programs. The Department of Pediatrics is one of the largest departments at UICOMP.
