Women's tennis No. 1 Ashleigh Barty defeated the U.S.'s Danielle Collins in two sets to become the first home winner of the Australian Open since 1978

She defeated American Danielle Collins 6-3, 7-6. Barty, now a three-time major winner after victories at the French Open in 2019 and Wimbledon last summer, didn’t drop a single set in two weeks.
