“I picked it up the wrong way and thought it was the Snapchat ghost.”
Asda is once again getting into the Easter spirit and has even designed a new pizza to mark the season. However, following its launch this month, shoppers have been left a little confused as to what it actually supposed to be.
User Charlie also thought it looked like “Butters from South Park”, while Nicole spotted one in store and said: While many users poked fun at the new design, Asda wanted to lay all the rumours to rest and confirmed the shape of its new Easter pizza is, of course, a chick. You can find the chick £3.50 pizza at in-store pizza counters and online, it is available from now until April 6. It is the latest addition to the retailer’s pizza counter offering - and long line of novelty shapes - and follows the success of its heart-shaped pizza last month for Valentine’s Day.
