It was his job to catch production errors before the fuselage left“It’s poor quality.

“It's really about focus and running that business, not as a business, but as a factory,” West said. “Run it as a factory and stay focused on safety and quality and stability.” “They were upset for me finding defects,” Paredes said. “It was never the people that created the defects fault. It was my fault for finding it.”
