Prince Edward County OPP have charged a person after receiving a 911 call.Further investigation by police found that an assault took place in a domestic relationship and that the suspect had multiple outstanding warrants.
Police attempted to locate the individual with a warrant executed at a home in Picton later that day. Officers located an individual in the attic of the home and arrested and charged the person with domestic assault. The individual was held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on Thursday.
