The Vancouver company says the \u0027high\u002Dperformance culture\u0027 fostered by Brian Hill is the reason for the fashion empire\u0027s success.
The nearly 4,000-word Insider article, which is gleaned from interviews with over 50 current and former Aritzia employees, opens on a visit by Hill to one of the multibillion-dollar conglomerate’s fashion boutiques that sent staff there into a “panic.”
The company says in the story that Hill “has never made any comments or directives regarding hiring employees based on their race or body type.”
