Director Hannah Lux Davis’s jaw fell open when she was given a Tiffany engagement ring while on set in December. Although the 32-year-old director had married producer Brandon Bonfiglio just a few months before, this sparkler was a sisterly gift from the subject of that day’s shoot: pop star Ariana Grande.
The ring in question was the 8th Tiffany ring Grande had purchased. According to the singer’s much-told story, the other seven were bought during a champagne-fueled shopping trip with her closest musical collaborators.
