Elizabeth Olsen, best known as the spellbinding Scarlet Witch in various Marvel movies and the streaming series"WandaVision," will appear at next month'sat Freeman Expo Halls. The convention runs July 7-9, with Olsen appearing July 7 and July 8. Superhero Comic Con marks Olsen's first appearance at such an event in the United States since late 2018, according to Bob Wills, CEO of PMX Events, which puts on the show. Wills said Olsen was the top female guest requested by Superhero Comic Con attendees and fans.Olsen has played the Scarlet Witch, aka Wanda Maximoff, in films across the Marvel Cinematic Universe, including"Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness" and movies in the"Avengers" franchise.
Olsen joins a growing list of celebrity guests for the July convention. Other big names headed to San Antonio include Katee Sackhoff , Oscar winner Brie Larson , Kit Harington and Hailee Steinfeld .
