Angelina Jolie has officially sold her stake in the French estate and wine brand she once owned with Brad Pitt.

According to a press release on Tuesday, the wine division of the Stoli Group, Tenute del Mondo, has purchased the actor’s 50% stake in the estate located in the South of France and the wines it produces. Jolie and Pitt purchased Château Miraval in 2008 and even got married there in 2014. Despite their split, the pair have remained business partners in Miraval, the wine brand that comes from the property’s vineyards and is best known for its rosé.
The estate has been the source of some contention in their divorce saga, as temporary restraining orders imposed due to the ongoing legal proceedings kept Jolie from selling her shares in Quimicum, the company that owns and controls Château Miraval.
Pitt will retain his 50% stake in the estate, according to a spokeswoman for the Stoli Group who spoke to the outlet. But lawyers for his company Mondo Bongo did previously file a lawsuit in Luxembourg court against Nouvel, Jolie’s company, disputing the claim that her and the actor’s stakes were split equally down the middle. His attorneys argue that Pitt’s company originally owned 60% of the Quimicum shares, but sold 10% to Jolie in 2013 for a symbolic one euro.
