, the story of the world’s greatest bar band and its struggle to reach the big time, has died. He was 66 years old and passed from cancer in Berlin, according to friend Rebecca Lieb., a band that dominated the New York/New Jersey metropolitan clubs, but couldn’t get signed by a major record label. Its unique combination of hard rock and visual spectacle finally broke through in the heavy metal era of the 1980s, the band releasing the multi-platinumWe’re Not Gonna Take It.
