The United States on April 10 determined that Russia has 'wrongfully detained' American Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich, effectively saying that espionage charges are bogus and that the case is political.She added that Gershkovich has received letters from his parents and supporters, but so far hasn’t been allowed any phone calls.
