An Amber Alert was issued for a 17-year-old girl missing out of Celina early Thursday morning.
The alert was issued for Alexis Marie Vidler by the Texas Department of Public Safety on behalf of the Celina Police Department. Alexis is described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing about 138 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. Authorities did not immediately provide a clothing description or release information about the circumstances of her disappearance.
She was last seen in the 2000 Block of Tapadero Lane in Celina about 7:20 p.m. Monday, according to the alert. It’s not clear why the alert was issued three days after Alexis was last seen. She may be in a black 2022 Mitsubishi Mirage with Texas plate RYT5102. Anyone with information should call Celina police detectives at 214-901-8513
