, 18, of Conklin, New York was arraigned in court Saturday evening on first-degree murder charges and ordered detained without bail.
The suspect is believed to have authored the document based on a theory that white people are being replaced. State Police investigated, no charges were filed, and Gendron received mental health evaluation and counseling.
