In addition to that tip from InComm, a company that issues Visa gift cards, corporate employees from Dollar General and Rutters’ stores and a bank teller from Citizens Bank at 4271 Union Deposit Road provided information that helped police identify an elaborate operation that police say was headed by Harrisburg-area men.
